Terms and Conditions – Make sure you understand

1. Price, Tours Included

Our tour package price is per person. All tour prices are based on the services specified in each tour’s detailed itinerary as per the “PACKAGE PRICES INCLUDED” section. Services are sold as a complete package, such as 

• Admission fees to the mentioned sites
• Basic insurance
• Transportation : VIP Van, air-conditioned, with private driver.
• Meals as indicated in itinerary
• Pick-up and drop-off at your hotel
• Drinking water and snack
  

2.THE PRICES ExCLUDED

Tours do not include the following: service charges for obtaining passports and/or visas, departure taxes, customs/immigration user fees, airport passenger facility charges, insurance, liquors, wines, mineral waters, sightseeing tours and excursions that are not specifically included in itineraries or shown as optional, tips at local restaurants, hotels, or for guides and drivers, and all other items and expenses of a personal nature.

3. TOUR CANCELLATION

Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers' requirements, and can be summarized as follows:

• +4 Days prior to arrival : Full Refund (deduct 4% Bank fee)
• 1-2 Days prior to arrival : 50% Charge or 50% refund
• - 24 hours prior to arrival : Full Charge or No refund
• NO-SHOW : Full Charge or No refund

4. BOOKING/RESERVATION

• All Travel Products offered on this Site are subject to availability and acceptance, please send e-mail or call to check available date with us and make booking for tour program in advance 14 days or at least 4 days.
• Booking make 1-2 days before tour can not refund
• Tour will be confirm by full payment
